scale which works as part of three innovative solutions designed to drive

The PTS2000S drives operational efficiencies by making
in-motion weighing part of the natural process of moving goods within the
organisation. Build features including high quality steel, polyurethane wheels
and a shock and vibration resistant scale make it ideal for use in harsh operating
environments. While wireless and Bluetooth connectivity allows for the instant
transfer of weight data from the scale to the user’s back office system,

Revenue Protection Solution
Designed to protect freight forwarders from under-declared shipping charges, the PTS2000S is used as part of the Revenue Protection Solution to take an in-motion weight reading as freight is moved through hubs – allowing freight forwarders to check 100% of freight without slowing down existing processes.
The Revenue Protection Solution is the only mobile weighing
and dimensioning solution on the market with full Legal for Trade status, allowing
freight forwarders to legally use the data as a basis for surcharging shippers
if weight discrepancies are found.
Surcharge Protection Solution
Businesses shipping goods via freight forwarders can avoid unbudgeted surcharges by using the PTS2000S as part of the Surcharge Protection Solution, to ensure accurate weight and dimension details are provided to freight forwarders before shipments are sent.
By taking a weight reading as goods are moved to the
dispatch area, shippers can weigh and dimension 100% of consignments before
they are shipped, without adding additional steps to existing processes.
Fast Freight Unloading Solution
Businesses receiving inbound consignments can drive vehicle unloading efficiencies by using the PTS2000S as part of the Fast Freight Unloading Solution to take an in-motion weight reading while freight is unloaded from vehicles.
By utilising
in-motion weighing technology the vehicle unloading process becomes up to 55%
