Forterro launches new AI platform that connects trusted operational data with practical industrial use cases, following early customer gains in productivity, efficiency and revenue.
Forterro, a leading European software provider for the industrial midmarket, today announced the launch of MyForterro.ai, its AI platform to help businesses that make, move and craft the products the world relies on apply artificial intelligence to everyday operational challenges.
MyForterro.ai connects leading AI models with the trusted operational data held across Forterro’s secure software ecosystem. Customers can use the platform to develop AI-powered assistants, automate repetitive processes, improve access to business knowledge and strengthen decision-making within their existing workflows.
The launch follows an invitation-only programme involving over 540 customers across Europe. Developed in close collaboration with customers, the platform focuses on practical, industry-specific applications across production optimisation, process automation, knowledge access and decision support.
Early applications have already demonstrated the commercial potential. Spanish food and beverage manufacturer JULIAN SOLER expects to save between four and eight hours each day through an AI-powered recipe optimisation solution connected to production, laboratory and quality data within its Abas ERP environment.

Customers from across Forterro’s European markets have been working closely with the company to test MyForterro.ai, provide feedback and help shape its continued development. Early participants include E-PERFORMANCE AG, Herba-Plastic AG, modellshop GmbH, Larbaletier and Selenium Medical.
Early users are already seeing AI support commercial growth within their existing workflows.
