ITD Global, the international logistics and ecommerce management and delivery management specialist, is providing Gatineau Skincare, the beauty and skincare brand, with a customised solution to help position them for future growth. It follows extensive research to identify a courier service that offered both improved service and more competitive price points.
As a luxury beauty and skincare brand, Gatineau had experienced significant challenges in its courier logistics operations, primarily driven by high shipping costs and extended time spent on customer service. These issues became particularly problematic as the brand’s shipping volume increased and placed Gatineau in a challenging position as their ability to scale their shipping volume was hindered by unreliable and expensive services. In addition, the extensive time required to handle customer service issues meant valuable resources and time were being wasted, creating unnecessary friction in their operations
As a result, ITD has transitioned Gatineau over to Evri for both its domestic and international services. This strategic shift has not only provided cost savings but also ensured quicker and more reliable service, better aligning with the premium nature of the Gatineau brand.
