Brand Creations Group, a leading multi-channel retailer, has partnered with global fulfilment provider Prolog Fulfilment, to manage the distribution of its products across the UK, supporting both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and high-end retail channels.
With over 30 years’ expertise in direct response television (DRTV) and strategic digital marketing, Brand Creations scales innovative products and brands globally through TV infomercials, live shopping partners, and digital-first campaigns. Under the terms of the deal Prolog Fulfilment will deliver a complete end-to-end solution, covering stock management, storage, picking, packing, and delivery. Designed for flexibility, the service supports both DTC and B2B orders, scaling to meet demand spikes generated by TV airtime and digital campaigns. Value-added services include kitting, rework, and a fully managed returns process.
The new partnership will see Prolog support Brand Creations’ UK B2C sales across multiple platforms, including spree.tv, beasthealth.co.uk, Amazon, and its 24-hour call centre, as-well as its B2B operations with leading retailers such as Selfridges, Harrods, QVC and Healf.
Donna Crossland, Chief Operating Officer at Brand Creations, commented: “Prolog is a key partner for us moving forward. Their agility and ability to react quickly to the demands of our media-driven business is essential to our success with both consumers and retail partners.”
Neil Daniells, CEO at Prolog Fulfilment, added: “Brand Creations’ innovative retail model requires flexibility and speed, and our team is committed to delivering the reliable, scalable fulfilment solutions they need to succeed in both DTC and premium retail channels.”
