Prolog Fulfilment, the global fulfilment provider, has appointed Conor Wickham as Senior General Manager. Conor brings with him over a decade of leadership experience in logistics, operations, and supply chain management.
His career includes senior roles at some of the UK’s leading logistics organisations including Wincanton and Royal Mail, and most recently ran his own consultancy, Wickham Consulting. He has recently completed an MBA.
In his new role, Conor will oversee Prolog’s daily operations across its two UK sites. Leading a growing team of more than 110 colleagues, he will ensure that customer expectations are exceeded and service level agreements consistently achieved. His role includes collaboration with key stakeholders across the business to support Prolog’s ambitious growth strategy.
Conor’s focus will centre on operational efficiency, proactive demand planning, and data-driven decision making. By working closely with Prolog’s data analyst team, he will help customers to forecast demand, and reduce stockholding pressures, particularly during peak periods.
Commenting on his appointment Conor said: “I was looking for a role with a forward-thinking 3PL with a strong culture, ambitious growth plans, and opportunities for me to make a tangible impact and Prolog ticked all those boxes. I’m passionate about leading and developing teams, driving operational performance, and building long-term partnerships with our customers and am excited to play a role in Prolog’s continued success.”
Neil Daniells, CEO at Prolog Fulfilment added: “As we continue to grow it is vital that we have the right team in place. Conor’s experience and skills will complement those of our senior team and support the successful running of our daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of services.”
